I will give you some ideas, but it doesn’t mean that they are my favorite dishes. I’m trying to bring to your attention what I found out after many years to be most popular among customers. I’m always saying that a good chef is like a musician. They have to be able to play any music and then they have their favorites and even their own compositions. The same is with food, and I’m not pushing my favorites or compositions. I want you to decide the way to make your guests most satisfied. I would highly recommend that you check some quality books such as Larousse Gastronomique or Hering’s Dictionary and do extensive research of your guests’ preferences.
